Defendants Steven Jay Gross and Carol Gross appeal the trial court’s denial of their motion to dissolve a permanent injunction and to dismiss plaintiffs’ complaint. For the second time, they ask us to hold that the Hunter Interference Prohibition Act (Act) (720 ILCS 125/0.01 et seq. (West 1996)) is unconstitutional. Once again, we decline to do so.
