Per Curiam.
R.C. 149.43; Mandamus
Relators requested a writ of mandamus to compel respondents to provide access to the various records. As the parties apparently concede, this mandamus *85claim is now moot because of the parties’ settlement agreement, which provides relators with access to the requested records. State ex rel.
