— Jacob J. Rivera appeals his convictions of assault in the second degree with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree. We affirm.

On October 26, 1997, Theresa Brady, Adria Swenson, Jessica Frary, and Dayleann Gonzalez-Montanez were browsing for candy at Brad’s Quick Stop in Shelton.
