The question raised in this case, which appears to be one of first impression, is whether plaintiffs can use 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West Supp.1998) to enforce their rights to overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-62 (1998).
