As in Blair v. Equifax Check Services, Inc., 181 F.3d 832 (7th Cir.1999), we have been asked to approve an interlocutory appeal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(f). See also 28 U.S.C. § 1292(e); Fed. R. App. P. 5. And as in Blair, there is a preliminary question about appellate jurisdiction.
