This is an action under § 4 of the United States Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 4, to compel arbitration of the parties’ dispute concerning the defendant’s alleged failure to post jobs and the wage rate for posted jobs. The parties have each filed a motion for summary judgment.
