In this patent infringement and tort action, Rodime PLC (Rodime) asserted that Seagate Technology, Inc. (Seagate) infringes U.S. Patent No. 4,638,383 (the ’383 patent). Rodime further accused Seagate of tortious interference with prospective economic advantage and unfair competition.
