PER CURIAM:

In this case, the Circuit Court of Ohio County granted the defendant, Westfield Insurance Company, summary judgment in an action brought by one of its insured’s, Change, Inc., growing out of the refusal of Westfield Insurance Company to settle a claim resulting from water damage to Change, Inc.’s, premises located in Wheeling, West Virginia.
