Fleet Bank N.A. (“Fleet”) brought this adversary proceeding to recover a sum of money from Business Alliance Credit Corp. (“BACC”) who provided revolving credit and asset-based lending to the Chapter 7 Debtor, Ocean Petroleum Corp. (the “Debtor”).
