This appeal follows an order by Chief Bankruptcy Judge Brozman disqualifying appellant, Warren R. Graham, and his law firm as counsel for the trustee in this Chapter 7 case.

The opinion was highly critical of Graham, finding that he was not disinterested and that his testimony at the hearing was not credible.
