The Debtors, Dayton Operating Company L.P., Dayton Seaside Associates #2 L.P., and Dayton Seaside Associates #3 L.P. (the “Debtors”), are New York limited partnerships and owners of high-rise apartment buildings located in Rockaway Beach, New York containing, in the aggregate, approximately 768 residential units.
