Plaintiff, Century-National Insurance Company (Century), brought a declaratory action against defendants, James Joseph Tracy (James), Debra Tracy (Debra), and CMDK Development Corporation (CMDK), alleging that James was not entitled to underinsured motorist benefits under a policy issued to CMDK.
