Ian C. Dowell appeals the judgment of his jury conviction in the Circuit Court of Jackson County for manufacturing a controlled substance, § 195.211,

for which he was sentenced to ten years imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

The appellant raises four points on appeal.
