Lorri Galarza filed this complaint against her employer, American Home Assurance Company (“AHAC”), alleging that it subjected her to workplace sexual harassment and to retaliatory discharge, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the New York Executive Law § 296 et seq.
