Linda Swartz worked for McDonald’s Corporation until autumn 1996. The parties dispute the circumstances under which her employment was terminated, but Ms. Swartz contends that McDonald’s violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101

et seq.,

in the course of her employment’s termination.
