INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, Timothy Degonzague (“Dego-nzague” or “plaintiff’), commenced the instant action, alleging the defendant, Weiss, Neuren & Neuren (“Weiss” or “defendant”), violated the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692-1692o (“FDCPA”).
