This is a patent case. Plaintiff C.R. Bard, Inc. is a New Jersey corporation with its principal place of business in Murray Hill, New Jersey. Bard owns U.S. Patent No. 5,356,432, as reexamined (“the ’432 patent”). Plaintiff Davol Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bard, is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Cranston, Rhode Island.
