Before the Court is Defendant Forest Laboratories, Inc.’s motion for summary judgment. Forest is a Delaware corporation engaged in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. Up until 1997 it owned a facility in Puerto Rico known as Sein Mendez Laboratories.
