Plaintiffs Susan Ackoff-Ortega, Cele Ackoff and Jon Ackoff are relatives of deceased songwriter Robert Ackoff who coauthored the hit tune “Mony, Mony”. Plaintiffs bring this action against defendants Windswept Pacific Entertainment Co. (Inc.) (“Windswept”), EMI Virgin Music, Inc.
