Background

This action is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for review of a final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration denying plaintiff Catherine C. Perkins’ claim for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 423.
