MEMORANDUM WITH REGARD TO PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR AN AWARD OF ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS (Docket No. 188)

On January 10, 2000, the court approved a settlement agreement which provided, in applicable part, that Plaintiffs are the prevailing parties in this case and, as such, are entitled to reasonable fees and costs incurred through the date of approval.
