{1 Plaintiff, Lester LaRue, appeals summary judgment granted to Defendant, Oklahoma Natural Gas, on Plaintiff's claim for wrongful discharge. The issue on appeal is whether Defendant violated clearly articulated public policy in discharging Plaintiff from his employment.
