Defendant, Alfred Raglin, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree murder. We affirm.

On June 27, 1997, two people observed defendant and the victim fighting in a car at a neighborhood park. After hearing the vie-tim seream, they called the police.
