The Court has before it Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss filed August 28, 2000. Defendant R.J. Bartell (“Bartell”) seeks dismissal of this diversity action for lack of personal jurisdiction or lack of venue under 28 U.S.C. § 1391. In the alternative, Bartell urges transfer of this case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
