Defendant, Demetris O'Neal, appeals a judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of reckless manslaughter. Defendant also appeals his sentence. We affirm.

Defendant and three other men brutally assaulted a taxi cab driver after a minor collision in a parking lot.: The victim was punched and kicked, and the assailants stomped on his head.
