Dear Mayor Windham: You advise this office that you are the mayor of the Village of Killian, governed by the provisions of the Lawrason Act, R.S.33:321, et seq. The board of aldermen of the Village of Killian has three members. You inquire as to the legality of several actions taken by the board on February 15, 2000, at a special meeting called by one alderman.
