OPINION This appeal is taken from a final judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant, Melanie K. Agnes, appeals from the trial court's decision to impose an eighteen month sentence. On May 25, 1999, appellant was charged by way of information with four counts of misuse of credit cards, a felony of the fifth degree, in violation of R.C. 2913.
