OPINION Defendant-appellant, Cecil McQueen, appeals his conviction in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas for rape. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the trial court. On the evening of September 8, 1998, appellant was at his trailer-home with his two children, twelve-year-old C.J.M. and eleven-year-old E.M., and two of his friends.
