Appellants, Nucrown, Inc. and Charles D. Matthews, (“Nucrown”), appeal the judgment and order of contempt issued on November 10, 1998, by the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, holding them in contempt for failing to provide Respondent, Austin Tashma, (“Tashma”), with audited financial statements for the period of June 1, 1991, through May 31, 1996.
