Defendant Rhonda Altaffer was found guilty by a jury of the class C felony of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), § 195.202,1 and sentenced to a term of three years with the Missouri Department of Corrections. She appeals. She charges an instructional error mandates reversal.
