Defendants, Roy Birdsong and Collyer Kelling, (jointly, “Appellants”) appeal from a judgment entered in an interpleader action, involving the disposition of the principal amount of $200,000.00, plus interest, held in an escrow account by Respondents First American Title Company and Hogan Land Title Company, Inc. (jointly, “First American Title”).
