T1 Appellant, Patti Denise Parent, was tried by jury in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CF-98-2208, and convicted of Taking a Credit Card, after former conviction of two or more felonies, in violation of 21 0.8.1991, § 1550.22. 1 The jury set punishment at twenty (20) years imprisonment.
