This is an appeal from the Washington County Circuit Court’s denial of appellants’ request for attorney’s fees following the entry of judgment on a jury verdict for appellant Phi Kappa Tau Housing Corporation (hereinafter “PKT”) against appellees Matt Wengert, Paul Wengert, and Angie Wengert in the amount of $10,500.
