John E. Filor appeals his convictions for seven counts of criminal nonsupport of a child. We affirm.

*209John and Denise were married in October 1982. They had seven children. Denise filed for divorce in May 1995. John did not appear at the divorce hearing. A default decree of divorce was entered. Denise retained possession of the couple’s home.
