Eric Coufal and his law firm, Coufal Abogados, (collectively “Coufal”), appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees AT & T Corp. (“AT & T”) and Lucent Technologies, Inc. (“Lucent”) on Coufal’s claim of tortious interference with a contract.
