In this case, the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of defendant, Schumpert Medical Center, in an action brought by Dottie and Bruce Lichti for injuries that Mrs. Lichti suffered when she fell from a chair on which she had been standing while attempting to close the blinds in her hospital room.
