LBAGNERIS, Judge.

Reginald Santinac (“Santinac”) was charged by bill of indictment on June 25, 1998, with second degree murder, a violation of La. R.S. 14:3o.1 At his arraignment on June 30th, he pled not guilty. The trial court found probable cause and denied the motions to suppress the identification and statement on October 16th.
