After Remand from the Supreme Court

MONROE, Judge.

This court’s prior judgment has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Alabama Supreme Court. Ex parte General Motors Corp., 800 So.2d 159 (Ala.2000). In reversing, the Supreme Court held that the Jefferson Circuit Court’s order transferring this case to the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court was proper.
