Petty Officer Ohree was tried by a general court-martial on 3 September and 5-6 October 1998. Contrary to his pleas, a military judge convicted him of conspiring to distribute heroin, making a false official statement, and distributing heroin in violation of Articles 81, 107, and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 907, and 912a (1994).
