This action arises from the alleged failure of defendant RES Engineering, Inc. (“RES”) to pay to plaintiff Ram Kohli (“Kohli”) his salary. Kohli alleges that, by failing to pay him his salary from September 24, 1999 through December 31, 1999, RES breached his employment agreement (Count I) and violated the Massachusetts Weekly Payment of Wages Act, G.L.c. 149, §§148 and 150 (Count II).
