This matter came before the Court on November 19, 1999, on Defendant’s Demurrer to Plaintiff’s Amended Bill of Complaint After careful consideration of the arguments of both counsel, submitted briefs, and a review of the applicable law, this Court overrules Defendant’s Demurrer and allows the case to proceed on its merits.
