This case is before the Court on the Petition of Jane H. Buland. In her petition, Mrs. Buland requests that Mr. Buland, her former husband, be held in contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with certain conditions of the Court’s Decree entered December 29,1988, and the Property Settlement Agreement dated October 31,1988, which was incorporated into the Decree.
