KAPSNER, Justice.

[¶ 1] Joyce Tishmaek

appealed from a trial court order denying her motion to move out of state with her son, Matthew. We hold the trial court did not clearly err in determining the requested move is not in Matthew’s best interests. We therefore affirm.

[¶ 2] Joyce Tishmaek and Gregory Tish-mack are the parents of Matthew who was born on March 28, 1985.
