Per Curiam.

Plaintiff Guardian Industries Corporation appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendant Department of Treasury. We affirm.

On August 29, 1989, plaintiff purchased a Gulf-stream IV Model GIV jet aircraft (hereinafter the aircraft) from Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. The price of the aircraft was $19 million.
