The plaintiff Willie Alex Barnes appeals the judgment entered by the Jefferson County Circuit Court on a jury verdict in favor of the defendant Norfolk Southern Railway Company. We affirm. Barnes sued Norfolk Southern for violations of the Federal Employers' Liability Act ("FELA").
