(“Chance” or “Movant”) seeking (1) relief pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) from the July 25, 2000 order of this court directing turnover of Chance’s real estate deposit to the Chapter 7 trustee; and (2) payment of a Chapter 7 administrative expense
