Appellant Washington Land Company brought this action in the Circuit Court for Washington County, seeking an injunction to prevent appellee Potomac Ridge Development Corporation from using for its condominium project certain water and sewer utility lines. Appellant installed these lines in 1974 in an easement purchased from the Lorich Corporation over land owned by that company.
