This is an appeal from a decree denying the appellant, Joseph F. Pohzehl, a divorce

from his wife, Frances June Pohzehl, appellee, on the grounds of adultery, and granting the wife a divorce

a mensa et thoro

from the appellant on her cross bill for desertion. The testimony was taken before an Examiner.
