pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging violations of their civil rights. Specifically, the amended complaint alleges that in 1999, defendants violated their Fourteenth Amendment rights to due process and equal protection in tax foreclosure proceedings. Am. Compl. (Docket No. 8).
