This case involves a dispute over the installation of a computer system by defendant Compuware Corporation (“Compu-ware”) for plaintiff Heidtman Steel Products, Inc. (“Heidtman”). This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1367. Pending is Compuware’s motion for summary judgment on Heidtman’s rescission and fraud claims. (Doc. 168).
